Abigail Morakinyo is a qualified fertility nurse, entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and passionate advocate for women's health and family wellbeing. She is the founder of Health Check Plus CIC, an organisation dedicated to empowering women, particularly from the BAME community, to proactively manage their physical health through education, empowerment, and early detection health checks.
With her initiative Nurture Kids Hub, Abigail provides holistic support to parents, embodying her belief that nurturing communities help families thrive. She has authored two books—her poetry collection, The Wow Factor, and a practical parenting guide, Preparing Your Child for 11+ Success. Abigail’s expertise has been recognised in several National Newspapers and Magazines, including Metro, The Telegraph, Virgin Entrepreneur, Prima, Real Business, and Female First.
Regularly invited to speak at events and workshops, Abigail has collaborated with NHS trusts such as Camden & Islington Mental Health to deliver wellbeing initiatives and health checks for their employees. Passionate about multiple income streams and nurturing talents, Abigail also runs a handmade children's clothing business.
A dedicated Sunday school teacher at her church, Abigail actively invests in nurturing the next generation. Driven by personal growth and community spirit, she has successfully completed charity events such as a 10K run.
Abigail lives with her two daughters and remains dedicated to building a supportive village where families and children flourish.
